Our caramel is made in-house with just two local ingredients: honey from Sleeping Bear Farms and heavy cream. It's wrapped in your choice of 70% dark chocolate or 45% milk chocolate, sourced ethically from our partners in Ecuador. Finally, each one is topped with a touch of flakey smoked sea salt.
