70% Dark Chocolate topped with candied ginger and crunchy roasted cocoa nibs. This limited run bar was made in honor of our founder Mimi Wheeler, using some of her favorite ingredients. This year, we celebrate 22 years since she started this sweet chocolate business here in Empire, Michigan!
