Hot Drinking Chocolate Mix

The Grocer's Daughter drinking chocolate is a staple at our shop. Made with our chocolate (instead of cocoa powder), this delicous and decadent drinking chocolate is rich and creamy. Choose between milk, dark, or our house blend (and staff favorite) 50% milk - 50% dark. (10 oz)

Instructions

THE EASY METHOD (OUR FAVORITE)

Using a handheld electric frother, dissolve 1/4 cup of Drinking Chocolate mix in 3/4 cups of boiling water. Enjoy in your favorite mug. Adjust mix-to-water ratio to taste.

ON THE STOVE

Combine 4 Tbsp of Drinking Chocoate mix for every 3/4 cups of water in a heavy-bottomed pan over low heat. Whisk well to blend. Be careful not to boil. Adjust mix-to-water ratio to taste.

SPICE IT UP

Add ancho chili and cinnamon—we like 1/4 tsp each.
