Solid Chocolate Bars | Dark, Milk & White

Our chocolate bars (and all the chocolate we use in our shop!) is made from a rare variety of cacao called Nacional, ethically sourced from small scale farms and co-ops in Ecuador. We offer a variety of cacao percentages in dark chocolate (all dairy and gluten free) plus a delicious 45% milk, 58% vegan milk, and creamy 33% white chocolate!

Our virgin chocolate bars are extra special, one of 17 cacaos in the world to be designated as heirloom cacao by the Heirloom Cacao Preservation Fund. Our partners Conexion Chocolate developed this virgin chocolate to highlight the distinct flavors of this rare cacao. The fermentation is a longer and slower process than usual and then the cocoa is flash roasted for a bright, flavorful cacao that retains the natural tannins and green fruit flavors of the cacao.
