Our truffles are all hand made everyday using only the freshest local ingredients and herbs.
In the shop we get asked all the time which is our favorite. And our response is always, "depends on what I'm feeling like today." They're all so delicious!
Dark chocolate truffles are made with 70% dark chocolate.
Milk chocolate truffles are made with 40-45% milk chocolate.

*Please note, all our truffles have a three week shelf life. Our honey caramels, on the other hand, have a three month shelf life.
