Our 70% dark chocolate bark boasts a cocoa forward flavor, with notes of banana & tree nuts and is sourced from the UOPROCAE co-op Esmereldas, Ecuador. Our 45% milk chocolate is a blend of two Ecuadorian regions, the Kallari co-op in Napo, and the UOPROCAE co-op in Esmeraldas, and you'll notice notes of sweet cream & vanilla in this lower-sugar creamy milk chocolate.

Our dark chocolate is always naturally vegan; both milk and dark are gluten free.
