Class Description: Join us for this fun chocolate collaboration class! Explore the world of fine chocolate with a tasting and then create your own delicious and beautiful bonbons and bars with the help of renowned chocolatier, Anne Boulley, Rajani Konkipudi of Dwaar Chocolate, and Jody Hayden from GDC. Using professional molds, couverture chocolate, colored cocoa butters and decorating tools you will design your own custom chocolate bonbons and bars and learn how to make decadent caramel and ganache featuring several decorating techniques. The best part - you'll have a large assortment of bonbons and bars to take home!
