These truffles are all natural with ingredients of organic cream, organic cane sugar, fruit (sometimes liquor infused, but no alcohol remains), herbs, edible flowers, local honey, and citrus zest. When in season the herbs and fruits come from my own and other natural Leelanau gardens and orchards. When possible we use only organic ingredients.  Each truffle is handmade with special decoration. The Truffles are in truffle cups and must be handled with care. Store them at a temperature between 65 and 70 degrees F and out of direct sun light. Please note the recommended enjoy by date. You may refrigerate or freeze if kept in an airtight container. Let the truffles come to room temperature before opening the container. The luster (color/shine) of the chocolate might have lessened when cooled.
