Truffles & Caramels

When shipping to warm weather locations we use re-usable and recyclable Styrofoam coolers with ice gel packs added as protection. PLEASE NOTE: If your weather conditions are above 72 degrees it is important that we ship overnight. Please call (231) 326-3030 for shipping charges and ordering instructions!

Truffles
These truffles are all natural with ingredients of cream, organic cane sugar, fruit (sometimes flavored with small amount of liquor), herbs, edible flowers, local honey, and citrus zest. When in season the herbs and fruits come from my own and other natural Leelanau gardens and orchards. When possible we use only organic ingredients. We do not have a certified organic kitchen. Each truffle is handmade with special decoration.

The Truffles are in truffle cups and must be handled with care. Store them at a temperature between 65 and 70 degrees F and out of direct sun light. Please note the recommended enjoy by date. You may refrigerate or freeze if kept in an airtight container. Let the truffles come to room temperature before opening the container. The luster (color/shine) of the chocolate might have lessened when cooled.

Caramels
We believe in only the best ingredients and these caramels are more than unique they are wholesome. We have substituted corn syrup for a local Star thistle honey. We promise that these fudge like caramels will make your taste buds do a dance.
