When shipping to warm weather locations we use re-usable and recyclable Styrofoam coolers with ice gel packs added as protection. Truffles, Caramels & other Bon Bons
Our all-natural confections are hand-made with bold Rainforest Alliance certified Chocolate. The truffles contain organic cream* and reflect some of our favorite flavors from local fruit, fruit concentrates, Mimi's home grown herbs, locally blended spices, and locally produced honey.Our chocolate caramels are fudge-like using local honey and other enticing ingredients.
Our bon bons are non-dairy (vegan) with fruit, spice and nut flavors (excluding gianduja).
