We will ship to you or that someone special a monthly box of our/your choice of chocolate. The box contains a minimum of $25 worth of chocolate and will always include truffles or caramels along with other delicious products. Chocolate Tasting and Truffle Making Classes Available
We invite you to bring your family or a group of friends in for a chocolate class. Please contact us for arrangements.
Chocolate Tasting
Bring your friends or your family to a class with chocolatier Mimi. Plan on one to one-and-a-half hours learning about and tasting chocolate from around the globe. We will discuss world production, and chocolate making from “bean to bar.” The class if offered either at our home-store in Empire, or in your home/business by special arrangement. The class at our home-store costs $10 per person with a four-person minimum. Enjoy a 10% discount for shopping after the class.
Rustic Truffle Making
A hands-on experience! During this two to two-and-a-half hour class, you will learn how to make your own unique truffles, infusing your favorite flavors. Roll up your sleeves and put an apron on. The class is $40 per person with a six-person minimum. Enjoy a 10% discount for shopping after the class.
