A few months ago Eric and his crew came to our shop and filmed. Just this December they aired our episode! What a shock to see ourselves on TV. Eric was intregued by a special treat that Elara came up with for our friends Halloween party: Cat poop ganache on a bed of chopped peanut litter complete with litter box container and scooper. I promise that I will load some pictures from that party. The look on everyone's face when Elara scooped out their "dessert!" I must say there wasn't a person who didn't have a clean plate. Just another testament to how great this chocolate is in any form.
